We currently have a great opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer and are looking to meet the best talent that the hospitality industry has to offer. What You Will be Doing Perform preventative maintenance and repair duties, including but not limited to HVAC, refrigeration systems, dishwasher, garbage disposal, plumbing, lighting, furniture, etc Perform day to day maintenance within the hotels rooms and public areas Monitor Fire Alarm/Life Safety Systems and other building systems as necessary Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service request either from a guest or other departments in a timely manner Responsible for following the hotel preventative maintenance program and making sure records are kept for future inspection Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed Track guest room request for serving and ensuring completion Maintain upkeep and cleanliness of parking lot and area around the hotel Perform any other job assigned by the management as and when required Job requirements Previous hotel/building engineer is a must Must be on call for emergencies Must be able to communicate with both guests and employees in an attentive, friendly and service oriented manner Maintain high standard of personal appearance and grooming
