Job Description

Job Description Wyoming Valley Mall is currently seeking a Facilities and Maintenance Associate. This position is characterized by deep maintenance experience. You will determine the necessary tasks required to ensure the property is suitably secured, maintained and repaired. You will ensure that project deadlines are met and that completed projects conform to initial plans and work quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Landscaping, pavement work, light roofing work, setting up tables for events, painting, climbing ladders, handling small mechanical repairs, snow shoveling and more. Schedule will include days, evenings, and weekends as necessary. Physical labor is required. Valid PA driver's license is required as well.

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$13.00 - $14.00 per hour
