This full-time role involves a variety of construction and installation tasks, requiring a strong understanding of multiple trades and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Make independent, job-related decisions on-site Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Operate lifts and hoists to install exterior architectural and signage packages Use scissor lifts, ladders, and baker scaffold to install interior design and signage packages Excavate and pour foundations for signage installations Perform precision cutting for finish trim and break metal work Install and wire low-voltage LED lighting systems Applicants must be comfortable working safely from heights and possess the following skills:

Required Skills:

Strong leadership and decision-making abilities Excellent problem-solving and independent thinking Well-organized with strong communication skills High attention to detail Proficient in reading blueprints Broad knowledge of construction practices and techniques

Preferred Experience:

Operating bucket trucks, JLGs, and scissor lifts Operating mini excavators and skid steers Finish carpentry and metal fabrication Electrical systems (120/270V

AC, 12/24V DC

) Vinyl application and painting Minimum 5 years in sign installation or a related field

Additional Requirements:
