SUBCONTRACTOR AJK

Services is seeking a dependable, experienced handyman subcontractor for residential remodeling and insurance reconstruction projects throughout the Denver metro area. Scope of Work Projects may include: Drywall installation, patching, and repair Interior painting and touch-ups Baseboard, casing, and trim installation Door and hardware installation Cabinet and vanity installation Flooring repairs and installation Light demolition and jobsite cleanup Minor framing and carpentry Punch-list and warranty work General residential repairs Qualifications At least three years of residential remodeling or handyman experience preferred Must produce professional, finished-quality work Must have reliable transportation and appropriate tools Must communicate clearly and arrive as agreed Must maintain a clean and safe work area Must be able to work independently and complete assigned scopes Must provide a completed W-9 General liability insurance is preferred and may be required for certain projects References and photographs of completed work may be requested Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Background check may be required prior to work. Compensation Compensation is based on the approved project scope, experience, and quality of work. Work is offered on a project-by-project basis. Payment terms will be stated in each subcontract or work order. Typically will be an hourly paid position. Subcontractor Relationship This is an independent subcontractor opportunity and not an hourly employee position. Any pay hourly is strictly as a 1099 subcontractor. The subcontractor is responsible for applicable taxes, insurance, transportation, tools, and business expenses. The subcontractor controls how the approved scope is completed, subject to project specifications, building codes, safety requirements, and agreed completion deadlines.
