Experience With Cleaning And Restoration Of HVAC ( Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning ) Systems is required but we may make exception if Project management skills are adequate. Pre-Employment Drug Test Will Be Required. Driver's License Is A Must . National Background Check required for Base Clearances. CASCS technicians are the cornerstone of the duct cleaning industry in Hawaii. The Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the air duct cleaning teams, ensuring that all work is performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. The Opportunity We clean air systems to NADCA standard across military, industrial, medical, commercial, and residential sites on Oahu. Quality and efficiency are not slogans here — they are how the company grew. We need a Field Supervisor who can run crews in the field, protect the standard, and treat every job as if the next inspection is already scheduled. This is a Field Supervisor role. You will run multiple crews, own the day's production, and step onto the tools only when the job requires a supervisor's hands. If you want authority over schedule, crew assignment, quality, and job close-out — and you can carry it — keep reading. What You Will Own Team leadership Lead and manage air duct cleaning technicians so every person is productive, safe, and working to standard. Assign tasks, set the daily schedule, and finish jobs on time without sacrificing quality. Coach in the field. Run performance conversations. Train what is weak. Correct what is sloppy. Resolve personnel issues and conflict on site instead of letting them travel back to the office. Build career development plans for direct reports and keep the crew accountable. Quality control Hold every job to company and NADCA standards. Inspect completed work. Do not sign off on "good enough." Own customer complaints related to work quality and close them. Develop, implement, and maintain quality-assurance protocols. Safety and compliance Enforce EM 385, OSHA, and company safety rules with no exceptions. Run safety meetings and keep the crew current on required practices. Investigate and report field accidents or incidents the same day. Project coordination Plan and schedule jobs with the Operations Manager so labor and equipment are used, not wasted. Confirm job details with the client, catch special requirements early, and keep the occupant informed. Make sure permits and project documentation are obtained and maintained. Work with estimators to review job estimates before the crew is on site. Keep project files current from start to close-out and submit them to admin when the job is done. Coordinate with the office on required paperwork so the crew submits it correctly the first time. Support timely collection of project payment when field follow-up is needed. Equipment, vehicles, and inventory Keep duct-cleaning equipment maintained, repaired, and ready. Manage supplies, materials, and equipment. Order replacements before the job is short. Keep accurate records of usage, maintenance, and inventory levels. Perform minor repairs on company equipment and vehicles. Reporting and cost control Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on progress, crew performance, and problems. Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and customer contact. Assist with job-cost estimates and budgets. Keep operational activity on time and inside budget. Track staffing needs and recommend hiring when the workload requires it. Customer relations Serve as the secondary field contact next to Foreman. Answer questions. Handle concerns. Go on site to address if needed. Meet the expectation that was sold — then confirm the customer is satisfied. Follow up after service. Gather feedback. Protect the relationship for the next job. Work with sales and marketing on follow-up and job evaluation. Interactions with Other Departments and Vendors Know the core business: air duct cleaning performed to

standards. Maintain constant communication with upper management, staff, and vendors. Improve existing processes so the company can take more work without dropping the standard. Attend company meetings. Step into production when a supervisor's presence is required to finish the job, protect quality, or cover a short crew — this remains a supervisor role, not a working-foreman job. Who This Role Is For Experience (one of the following): 5+ years air duct cleaning or a HVAC (closely related field) with prior supervisory experience required Field competence: Eventually,you must know duct-cleaning methods, equipment, and safety protocols well enough to teach them and to catch a bad job before the customer does.

You watch labor hours, materials, and schedule. Budget oversight is part of the job, not an afterthought.

Clear speech on site. Clear writing in reports, emails, and job notes. Customers should understand you the first time.

Strong work ethic, organization, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor. You do not cut corners.

Tools:

Microsoft Office proficient. Comfortable using phones, photos, and field reporting tools.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred. HVAC or related technical training is a plus. Helpful, not required: Exposure to HR issues, job costing, or basic IT/field-app troubleshooting. Training Provided After Hire You will complete the following (company-supported):

Fall Protection Competent Person First Aid / CPR Respirator clearance IPC training IICRC (optional) Physical Requirements and Working Conditions Lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs. Work in confined spaces, crawlspaces, and attics. Stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods. Hybrid; Primarily office-based; 40% time on Oahu job sites mainly for walkthroughs and wrap ups. Exposure to dust, dirt, and typical duct-cleaning conditions. Schedule is Monday-Friday, Saturday as needed. After-hours and weekend work is part of the role and is estimated at about 20% of the year. Sunday is protected except in a true emergency.

Compensation and Benefits Pay:

Starting $31.00 per hour (approximately $64,480 at 40 hours).

OT as needed Profit sharing:

Eligible after 3 years.

Medical:

Medical coverage available at hire with a 1.5% employee contribution. Dental and vision available at additional cost. Full medical paid by the company after 3 years. Compensation is for a full-time Field Supervisor.
