Overview:
General Maintenance Mechanic Performs general maintenance as directed and as necessary on all aspects of building structure and systems to include floors, walls, ceilings, lighting HVAC, transportation systems, mechanical electrical, plumbing and other items. Position will be for the Belle Harbour campus in Suffolk, VA Education High School Diploma/equivalent or Trade School/GED) Certification/Licensure Valid VA or NC Drivers License (Required) Driver record must be in good standing Experience 1-2 year of general maintenance experience required Must have a general understanding of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Facility Maintenance, General repair to be able to service Or to be able to determine next step in resolution of service issue Previous commercial experience required/healthcare preferred We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $25.90 - $40.31 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.Benefits:
