Duties Measure, cut, and install vinyl liners with precision to ensure a perfect fit and waterproof seal. Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to accurately follow installation plans. Prepare pool basins by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary surface treatments such as epoxy or caulking. Use hand tools and power tools safely to install pool components including fixtures, trim carpentry elements, and flooring materials. Perform site preparation tasks such as concrete finishing, drywall repairs, or water damage restoration as needed. Ensure all building material installation complies with safety standards and construction plans. Assist with restoration projects involving flooring refinishing, tile laying, hardwood floor installation, or epoxy floor application. Experience Prior construction site experience with a focus on building material installation or remodeling projects. Skilled in using hand tools and power tools for various construction tasks including vinyl floor installation and drywall work. Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings relevant to pool installation projects. Experience in flooring installation—vinyl floors, tile laying, hardwood floors—and water damage restoration is highly desirable. Familiarity with construction safety compliance standards to maintain a safe working environment at all times. Background in carpentry, cabinet installation, or handyman work that demonstrates versatility in building skills. Ability to handle manual tasks such as lifting heavy materials safely and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
