Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation, safety, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and appliance systems across our facilities. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient environment by performing routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs with precision. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical knowledge and hands-on skills to support our operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections of refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to identify potential issues before they escalate. Perform repairs and maintenance on appliances, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals. Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems efficiently to minimize downtime. Operate company vehicles safely for on-site service calls or equipment transportation as needed. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in compliance with operational procedures. Collaborate with team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure all tasks are completed promptly and safely. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or mechanical systems repair. Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints for troubleshooting and repairs. Mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems, air conditioning units, kitchen equipment, and appliance installation. Experience with maintenance, repair & operations (MRO) practices across various mechanical systems. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Construction experience or familiarity with building systems is a plus. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely. Leadership qualities that support team collaboration and problem-solving in high-pressure situations. Pay:
