Overview We need to fill a Maintenance Technician position in our Maintenance Department. We will consider seasoned technicians as well as young technicians with a solid education. Duties Perform routine maintenance on building systems, conveyors, and equipment Repair plumbing issues, including leaks and blockages Address damaged electrical wiring and ensure electrical safety Implement preventative measures to reduce the risk of future issues Identify and fix potential safety hazards to prevent injuries Requirements Versatile technician with a broad skill set, capable of learning new tasks efficiently Flexible schedule and certain days Proficient with basic tools and mechanical tasks Basic mathematical skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of verbal and written instructions Familiarity with hand tools and equipment Competence in working on simple motor controls and gearing Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues Pay will be commensurate with experience and capability.
