Full Job Description Property Maintenance Technician & Coordinator Starting Salary:

$55,000+ per year Additional earning opportunities through:

Pressure Washing Preventative Maintenance Services Minor Home Repairs Property Improvement Projects Additional Service Requests What You'll Do:

Maintenance Coordination Manage maintenance requests using Property Meld and AppFolio Dispatch vendors and coordinate repairs Communicate with residents, owners, and contractors Follow every work order through completion Ensure every open work order is reviewed daily Attend weekly maintenance review meetings Property Maintenance Complete minor home repairs Pressure wash homes, driveways, patios and sidewalks Perform preventative maintenance services Assist with property turns Complete annual property inspections Complete move-in and move-out inspections Document property conditions with photos and reports We're Looking For Someone Who Has ✔ Clean, valid Florida driver's license ✔ Clean background ✔ Reliable transportation (Truck, SUV or Van preferred) ✔ Comfortable working outdoors in Florida ✔ Basic handyman experience and tools ✔ Pressure washing experience preferred ✔ Strong communication skills ✔ Tech savvy (smartphone, apps and tablets) ✔ Able to lift 50 lbs. ✔ Self-motivated and organized ✔ Professional appearance and customer service skills Why Join Home Property Management?
