Pool Service Technician (5 Years EXP REQ)

Experienced Pool Service Technician (Not Entry-Level) Diamond Pool & Spa - Bridgeview, IL If you don't already have real, hands-on pool service experience, this is not the role for you. Diamond Pool & Spa has been serving the Chicagoland area since 1989. We're hiring a skilled Service Technician who can handle their own work in the field, troubleshoot problems, and operate without constant oversight. What We're Looking For Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on pool service experience Strong troubleshooting ability (pumps, filters, heaters, automation, etc.) Experience with openings, closings Able to manage your day and work independently Communicates professionally with clients and team What You'll Be Doing Diagnose and repair pool equipment in the field Perform equipment installs (plumbing + basic electrical) Handle seasonal services (openings, winterizing) Maintain water chemistry and resolve issues Document work and identify additional service needs Requirements Valid driver's license with clean record Physically capable (lifting up to 75 lbs regularly) CPO and/or PHTA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Must pass a pre-employment drug screening as a condition of employment Compensation $26-$29/hour based on experience and skillset Weekly performance incentives Health, dental, life insurance PTO + retirement plan Bottom Line We're not hiring beginners or training from scratch.
