Lead Handyman Company Overview CrewPros is a premier residential remodeling company specializing in high-end kitchen, bathroom, outdoor living, guest house, and additions for sophisticated, high-income clients across the Memphis area. CrewPros started in Memphis, TN over 10 years ago and has grown into one of the largest home services and construction companies in the greater Memphis area, and the surrounding mid-south region. Primary responsibilities

• Capable of performing all phases of home improvement and remodeling in an organized and professional manner o Carpentry, flooring repairs, tile/grout repairs, deck/porch repairs, small brick and concrete repairs o Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC
• Perform carpentry activities such as the installation and/or repair of interior trim, doors, bath hardware, door hardware and cabinetry
• Operate equipment o Nail guns, screw gun, saws, drills, and other tools as required for this role
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while maintaining adherence to project deadlines
• Select materials to successfully complete work orders
• Work with materials such as wood, plastic, fiberglass, or drywall
• Work with blueprints or instructions from project managers and team members
• Install cabinets, counters, molding and finish work construction
• Painting, texturing and insulation
• Cost estimation and job scope outlining abilities
• Foster continuing education and mentorship to junior level handyman Position requirements

• Must be professional in speech and appearance
• General problem-solving skills required
• Proven experience as carpenter or related trade. General knowledge of standard carpentry practices
• Excellent understanding of trade techniques and methods of installation and construction
• General knowledge of construction practices
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines
• Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools
• Must be dependable and trustworthy
• Smartphone skills for work order management
