Position Overview Electrician - Central Falls, RI The Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations within a manufacturing environment. Maintenance Mechanic - Mansfield, MA The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment to support production and minimize downtime. Key Responsibilities (Both Roles) Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems efficiently Perform preventive maintenance and inspections Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Install, maintain, and repair machinery, wiring, and components Ensure compliance with safety standards (OSHA, lockout/tagout, etc.) Maintain tools, equipment, and clean work areas Document maintenance activities and repairs Respond to equipment issues and support production needs QualificationsElectrician Valid Electrician or Journeyman License (preferred/required based on role) Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment preferred Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards Maintenance Mechanic Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Basic electrical knowledge (wiring, motors, etc.) Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems is a plus General Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a production environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused Benefits Competitive pay Direct hire (no temp period) Health, dental, and life insurance 401(k) options Paid time off Career growth opportunities.
