Fraser Commercial Services is hiring full time floor care technicians for a major manufacturing client in North Kingstown, Rhode Island. We are a family run, veteran owned company that has been doing this since 1987, and this is a new crew we are building from the ground up. Never done floor care before? That is completely fine. We will train you from scratch, start to finish, on the clock. You will learn how to strip, wax, scrub, and burnish floors and how to run every machine, side by side with an experienced crew lead, until you can do it on your own. We supply all the machines and all the products. If you are dependable, show up on time, and take pride in doing a job right, we will teach you everything else. This is a real trade, and people who learn it stay in it. This is steady, full time, year round work with a guaranteed 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, second shift. Not seasonal, not on call, not gig work.

What you will do:

• Strip, wax, and refinish commercial tile floors
• Operate floor machines, burnishers, auto scrubbers, and wet vacuums
• Scrub, recoat, and burnish floors on a maintenance rotation
• Work in a two person team on assigned work orders
• Keep equipment clean, staged, and in working order What we are looking for:
• Dependable and on time. This matters more to us than experience
• Able to work second shift, Monday through Friday
• Able to do physical work: standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing equipment
• Able to speak and read English, which the customer's site requires
• Reliable transportation to North Kingstown
• Able to pass a background check and meet the customer's site access requirements
• Willing to wear steel toe or composite toe boots. We buy your first pair What we offer:
