M-F Pay:

$22/hour + $1 shift differential Key Responsibilities Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance on injection molding presses and related equipment. Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems. Inspect facility and production equipment for defects and determine appropriate repair requirements. Dismantle, repair, rebuild, reassemble, and test equipment to ensure proper operation. Perform maintenance and repair work independently and collaborate with other maintenance personnel when multiple employees are required. Maintain spare parts inventory and order necessary parts, materials, and supplies. Schedule equipment repairs and coordinate maintenance activities around production requirements. Perform mold changes and remove/install molds according to work orders and production schedules. Transport molds to the Toolroom for necessary repairs or maintenance. Clean injection molding screws and nozzles as required. Complete preventive maintenance duties accurately and on schedule to minimize equipment downtime and lost production. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities. Prevent grease

•and oil-related product quality issues through proper equipment maintenance and cleaning. Properly clean press tie bars, ways, and drop areas. Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly maintenance and work area. Keep walkways and aisles clear and perform general housekeeping duties, including sweeping and trash removal. Perform other maintenance or production-related duties as assigned based on skill level and operational needs. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of hydraulic pressure adjustments, including relief and unloading valves. Ability to perform mold changes and related injection molding equipment maintenance. Ability to diagnose equipment problems and perform repairs efficiently to minimize downtime. Strong attention to safety, quality, cleanliness, and preventative maintenance. Ability to work independently as well as effectively with other maintenance personnel. Ability to maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation. #LP
