Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to support production processes, maintain and improve equipment, manage facility infrastructure, and contribute to a safe and efficient work environment. Hours are from 6:30 am to 3 pm, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Assistance:

Maintain inventories of consumables, manufacturing gases, and production-related supplies.

Facility Maintenance:

Support the layout, setup, and repair of shop equipment; perform seasonal exterior maintenance. Perform or coordinate maintenance and repairs of the building and infrastrucure

Equipment Maintenance:

Perform repairs, create maintenance instructions, and manage equipment acquisitions and documentation.

Shipping Support:

Construct wooden crates for shipping finished products.

Safety Oversight:

Coordinate safety-related activities and inspections to ensure compliance and a secure work environment.

Additional Duties:

Perform various other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in machine shop equipment operation and programming. Experience with maintenance documentation.
