Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician at the Hilton Garden Inn - Aiken, you will play a key role in supporting the hotel's Maintenance Team and ensuring all building systems, guest rooms, and equipment operate safely, efficiently, and in accordance with brand and local standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Performing daily routine and preventive maintenance in guest rooms and throughout the property Responding quickly and effectively to maintenance requests and service calls Following the preventive maintenance schedule to keep all equipment and assigned areas in top condition Supporting the hotel's energy conservation initiatives Maintaining tools, equipment, and workspaces to ensure they remain organized and in good working order Completing special projects or assignments as directed by the General Manager A Maintenance Technician at Hilton Garden Inn - Aiken represents the hotel with professionalism and works closely with fellow team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate: Solid working knowledge of general maintenance and engineering practices Experience in a maintenance role within a hotel, hospital, apartment complex, or similar environment Strong work ethic and reliability Excellent organization and punctuality Previous Hilton brand experience (preferred) A passion for outstanding customer service Ability to work independently and complete tasks within established timeframes Familiarity with maintenance tracking software or systems Exceptional painting skills and strong attention to detail
