•Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment. Conduct repairs and troubleshooting on electrical systems using schematics and electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters. Repair or replace plumbing fixtures and maintain plumbing systems to ensure proper operation. Execute carpentry tasks such as door repairs, cabinetry adjustments, and interior renovations. Maintain facilities equipment including hand tools, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and other specialized machinery. Handle maintenance painting projects to uphold the aesthetic standards of the community's interior spaces. Utilize welding skills when necessary for structural repairs or equipment fabrication. Follow safety protocols while working with electrical equipment and during welding or mechanical repairs. Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests with professionalism and courtesy. Document work performed using schematics and maintenance logs for accountability and future reference. Assist with building interior maintenance tasks to enhance resident comfort and satisfaction. Support the team in maintaining compliance with all safety regulations and operational standards. Qualifications

•Proven experience in residential or facilities maintenance with knowledge of electrical work, plumbing, HVAC systems, carpentry, and painting. Familiarity with schematics, electrical equipment repair, HVAC system repair, and PLCs is highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by hands-on experience with hand tools and electrical testing devices such as ohmmeters. Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics accurately. Excellent communication skills in English for effective interaction with residents and team members. Experience with maintenance, repair, operations (MRO), and facilities equipment maintenance is preferred. Knowledge of plumbing system maintenance and repair techniques. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Ability to perform physical tasks requiring lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces safely.
