Job Description

Experience:
Mid Level Salary:
$35 - $40 per hour Job Details - Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial production and manufacturing equipment. Diagnose electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment problems. Troubleshoot PLCs, PLC inputs/outputs, sensors, HMIs, control circuits, and automated systems. Troubleshoot and maintain VFDs, motors, drives, starters, relays, contactors, and other electrical components. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals. Troubleshoot control and instrumentation systems, including sensors, switches, transmitters, temperature controls, and other process instrumentation. Perform mechanical repairs involving bearings, gearboxes, belts, chains, conveyors, pumps, motors, rollers, shafts, and related equipment. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime. Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and production interruptions. Identify root causes of recurring equipment failures and recommend corrective actions. Assist with equipment installations, modifications, upgrades, and commissioning. Use electrical and mechanical test equipment to diagnose equipment problems. Maintain accurate maintenance records and document completed work. Work closely with production, engineering, and other maintenance team members to improve equipment performance. Follow all company safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and electrical safety requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives throughout the facility.
