Job Description

Job Summary Monday - Friday, ovrrtime and weekends when needed Job description: Maintain basic operations and functionality of production Machines throughout product/program life cycle.
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor production machines to ensure that all machinery is capable of operating at maximum efficiency when production schedules dictate.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and TPM activities for all equipment including production equipment and facilities including minor HVAC problems
  • Maintains maintenance shop, equipment, and tooling in safe, clean and satisfactory operating condition. Make Facility repairs and or tests on all airlines, equipment, fixtures and or any other duties assigned
  • Demonstrate proficiency with hand tools and electrical testing tools. Basic Fabrication using shop tools to repair or replace parts for facility of production equipment
  • Ability to comprehend plans, blueprints, and specifications while recommending changes during the programming phase of a project
  • Test and maintain emergency electrical equipment such as generators and battery operated lighting
  • Coordinate with production operators to limit downtime on machines and or robots
  • Carries out scheduled preventative maintenance and fixes, cleans and align diverse systems to guarantee appropriate system operations.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent Previous machine/robot experience preferred Reliable transportation to site Expected hours: 45.0 - 55.0 per week
