•QVC®, HSN®, Ballard Designs®, Frontgate®, Garnet Hill® and Grandin Road. Your Opportunity, Your Team The Maintenance Technician II supports QVC and helps troubleshoot facility equipment and systems. Where You'll Work This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Florence, SC site daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

•6:30pm

•12 Hour rotating What You'll Do Perform preventive, predictive, and unscheduled maintenance on conveyors, sorters, PIT equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, dock equipment, and other facility assets. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and AC/DC systems using technical documentation and diagnostic tools, including voltage meters. Complete equipment repairs, installations, adjustments, fabrication projects, and facility improvement work while following safety and lockout/tagout procedures. Document maintenance activities, parts usage, equipment conditions, and follow-up needs in the CMMS. Support 5S, Kaizen, TPM, safety, and continuous improvement projects across the facility. What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent, plus experience maintaining material-handling equipment, facility systems, or industrial machinery. Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning, plumbing, and AC/DC systems, with the ability to read schematics, manuals, and blueprints. Hands-on, including the ability to use diagnostic tools such as voltage meters and safely perform repairs, adjustments, installations, and preventive maintenance. Follow lockout/tagout, PPE, safety, housekeeping, and documentation procedures. Basic computer skills and the ability to document work orders, parts usage, equipment conditions, and follow-up needs in a CMMS.
