Maintenance Technician We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for performing general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of residential properties. The ideal candidate is a dependable team player who takes pride in their work, has strong problem-solving skills, and can work independently with minimal supervision. Experience with general home repairs and maintenance is preferred. Responsibilities Complete small- to medium-sized maintenance and repair projects Perform general repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and other areas of home maintenance Communicate with management and team members regarding maintenance needs and completed work Identify maintenance issues and determine appropriate solutions Maintain an adequate supply of commonly used tools and materials Keep accurate records of work performed Complete work orders, invoices, reports, and other required documentation Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean and working condition Assist with other maintenance and operational duties as needed Qualifications Previous experience in home maintenance, remodeling, handyman work, or a related field preferred General knowledge of residential plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and home repairs Comfortable using smartphones, computers, and cloud-based technology Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Reliable, dependable, and punctual Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and customer-service skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work weekends as required Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
