Condustrial, Inc in Greer, SC has an immediate need for a pool maintenance associate to assist with closing down residential and commercial pools for the season out of the Spartanburg/Gaffney area. Tasks can range from simple water testing to assisting with equipment installation. Mon-Fri 8a-5pm $18/hour

Pool Maintenance:

Test and adjust water chemistry to maintain proper pH, chlorine, and other chemical levels. Clean pools, including skimming debris, brushing walls, and vacuuming. Inspect, troubleshoot, and perform minor repairs on pool pumps, filters, heaters, and other equipment. Monitor water circulation systems and ensure efficient operation. Identify and report any potential maintenance issues or safety hazards. Keep accurate service records and report findings to management.

Driving & Transportation:

Safely transport chemicals, tools, and equipment to job sites. Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and storage. Follow all traffic laws and company safety guidelines while driving. Maintain cleanliness and regular maintenance of company vehicles.

Qualifications:

Experience in pool maintenance or a related field (preferred). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
