- JLL This is an entry-level position with excellent opportunities for growth and career advancement What this job involves: Seeking a motivated General Maintenance Technician to support operations at our South Carolina location.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience with conveyors, case sealers, labelers, and printers Ability to work flexible schedules including day shift (Monday- Friday, 10:00 AM
- 6:30 PM), weekends, and holidays Physical capability to lift up to 49 pounds, perform repetitive bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching, and standing/walking throughout shift Ability to work in varying conditions including small spaces, dust, fumes, temperature fluctuations, noise, and concrete floors Manual dexterity for eye/hand coordination, foot pedals, and precision tasks (picking, pinching, holding, grasping)
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ year of experience with automated conveyors, controls, and electrical wiring 1+ year conducting preventative maintenance programs and reading blueprints/schematics Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Knowledge of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safety standards per Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) requirementsLocation:
