Complete work orders and service requests promptly Prepare vacant apartments for new residents Maintain building systems: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry Maintain pool and amenities (CPO required) Respond to after-hours emergencies (on-call rotation) Uphold OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards Track supply inventory and equipment maintenanceWhat We're Looking For:
