Complete work orders and service requests promptly Prepare vacant apartments for new residents Maintain building systems: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry Maintain pool and amenities (CPO required) Respond to after-hours emergencies (on-call rotation) Uphold OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards Track supply inventory and equipment maintenance
What We're Looking For:
EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred) HVAC experience High school diploma or GED Strong communication and problem-solving skills Own basic tools and have reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors and walk the property regularly Bilingual skills a plus, but not required Apply today and become part of a team that values your skills, supports your growth, and keeps you moving forward.
