Responsibilities Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services to ensure smooth functioning. Lead and manage hospitality teams by providing clear direction, coaching, and motivation to uphold hotel standards and enhance team performance. Develop and implement strategies for revenue management, including pricing strategies, promotional activities, and occupancy optimization. Manage hospitality operations budgets by monitoring expenses, controlling costs, and ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded. Maintain high standards of hotel management systems such as Property Management Systems (PMS), reservation platforms, multi-line phone systems, and night audit procedures. Ensure exceptional guest relations by addressing guest inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining hotel guest service standards. Collaborate with human resources to recruit, train, evaluate staff performance, and foster a positive work environment aligned with company policies. Monitor hotel guest service standards to ensure consistent delivery of outstanding customer service across all departments. Conduct regular inspections of the property to maintain safety protocols, cleanliness standards, and overall property condition. Utilize financial management skills to analyze operational data, prepare reports for senior management, and implement improvements based on insights. Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervising experience in a similar environment. Strong knowledge of hospitality management systems such as PMS (Property Management Systems), reservation platforms, and night audit processes. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage hospitality teams effectively while fostering teamwork and motivation. Demonstrated expertise in overseeing daily hotel operations including customer service standards and property maintenance. Proficiency in revenue management techniques and managing hospitality operations budgets for optimal financial performance. Exceptional managerial communication skills with the ability to handle guest relations diplomatically and professionally. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Experience with human resources functions such as recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and staff development. Knowledge of multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and property management systems (PMS). Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately while maintaining high levels of customer service at all hours.
