- 4:30am to 3:pm
- Monday through Friday (possible weekends) $25
- $32 per hour based on experience How you'll contribute to our company: Preventative Maintenance Perform routine maintenance to all plant machinery Carry out the preventative maintenance program for the plant Ability to accept and control maintenance operations and communicate non-compliance problems to supervisor for instruction Identify and address safety concerns throughout the facility Maintain general housekeeping and organization of maintenance department and all equipment repair work areas Minimize Downtime Continuously review the operation of plant equipment and systems Anticipate and solve problems in a timely manner Identify opportunities for improvement Effective Troubleshooting Must have knowledge and ability to troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs through a quick and effective root cause analogy Ability to accurately fill out documentation on work orders Ability to perform emergency maintenance repairs to all plant machinery Knowledge & Understanding Knowledge of motor control systems, hydraulic systems, fire protection and mechanical bearing systems Knowledge of equipment installation Ability to interpret blueprints to properly fabricate parts and equipment Here's what we can offer: Medical, Dental, and Vision after 60 days of employment Competitive Wellness Program, providing up to 100% discount on medical premiums Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Supplemental Accident Insurance through Allstate for additional coverage on accidents + cancer Employer-Paid Life Insurance 401(k) after 60 days of employment + competitive match after one year Paid Time Off starting after 90 days of employment Paid Holidays starting day one!
