Job Description

Summary/Objective:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting injection molding machinery, auxiliary equipment, and facility maintenance. These maintenance activities are to be performed while maximizing safety, product quality, production output, and housekeeping to achieve assigned goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all plant equipment and diagnose problems such as electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or mechanical problems 2. Perform annual, monthly, and daily preventative maintenance (PM) 3. Perform preventative maintenance on Press Robots as needed. 4. Maintain housekeeping when working on equipment and maintenance shop 5. Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Education and experience required for the role . 1. Minimum of three (3) + years' experience in Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic maintenance 2. Maintenance experience with injection molding machines and robots preferred. 3. Experience in maintaining and repairing support equipment such as resin dryers, chillers, grinders, robots, sonic welders and air compressors. HVAC experience is a plus. 4. Ability to repair and maintain all plant equipment and diagnose problems 5. High school diploma required. Must have ability to read, write and do mathematics 6. Able to read and interpret mechanical blueprints on both electrical and hydraulic prints 7. Ability to specify materials needed for repair. Fill out requisitions legibly. 8. Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check. 9. Must show ability to follow direction readily. Ask questions when necessary. 10. Must contribute to a Safe/Team-orientated work environment.
