Safety, Security & Inventory Management Manage building opening and closing procedures, ensuring all doors, windows, and perimeter gates are secured, and security systems are armed. Maintain an organized inventory of custodial supplies, tools, and repair materials, placing reorders within the designated facility budget. Ensure compliance with safety standards, including OSHA regulations, proper chemical storage, and maintaining updated Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
