Duties Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair various mechanical issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools. Conduct appliance repairs and installations, including HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and kitchen equipment. Operate company vehicles responsibly for on-site service calls or equipment transport as needed. Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams to accurately diagnose system faults. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in compliance with operational procedures. Support maintenance operations by participating in construction projects or upgrades when required, demonstrating leadership in team settings. Qualifications Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician with a focus on appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, or mechanical systems repair. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC system repair, refrigeration, air conditioning, and kitchen equipment maintenance. Ability to read schematics and technical manuals confidently for troubleshooting purposes. Experience with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO), equipment repair, and equipment maintenance practices. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely. Construction experience or familiarity with building systems is a plus.
