Facilities Maintenance Technician:
Fix plumbing, electrical, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), and mechanical issues in guest rooms and public areas.
Preventive Maintenance:
Follow scheduled checklists to inspect and maintain hotel assets like lighting, locks, and pool chemicals.
Guest Service:
Respond quickly and professionally to maintenance requests reported by guests or the front desk.
Safety & Compliance:

Preferred Candidate:
Experience:
Usually requires 1 year of general maintenance or building repair experience; hotel experience is a plus.
Technical Knowledge:
Basic skills in carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, and electrical work.
Physical Strength:
Ability to stand for long shifts, climb ladders, and lift or push heavy objects (often up to 50lbs with a team lift).
Education:
