Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and upkeep of our facilities. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment, supporting our commitment to excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills across a variety of maintenance tasks, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and support the overall success of our operations. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on guest rooms, common areas and hotel grounds. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues. Conduct repairs Assist with facilities maintenance activities such as plumbing repairs, HVAC servicing, painting (including residential painting), and general upkeep of the premises. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in troubleshooting Proficiency in electrical systems Knowledge of facilities maintenance including plumbing, HVAC systems, and residential painting techniques. Excellent communication skills
