Job Description

As a Maintenance Tech, you would be responsible for maintaining the guestrooms, public spaces, and back of the house areas in good repair ensuring an attractive and well-maintained property with your primary focus on guest relations and problem resolution
Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units
  • Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or management
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
  • Fabricate or modify parts as needed for repairs
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Strong customer service skills to interact with tenants and address their concerns
  • Knowledge of building systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues

$18.00
