Job Description
As a Maintenance Tech, you would be responsible for maintaining the guestrooms, public spaces, and back of the house areas in good repair ensuring an attractive and well-maintained property with your primary focus on guest relations and problem resolution
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or management
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed for repairs
Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field
- Strong customer service skills to interact with tenants and address their concerns
- Knowledge of building systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues
