Job Description
Part-Time Maintenance / Landscaping / Handyman Long-Term Position | Experienced Applicants Only We are seeking a dependable, experienced Maintenance / Landscaping / Handyman professional for a long-term, part-time position. This is an ongoing position for someone who takes pride in keeping a property well maintained, notices what needs attention without having to be constantly directed, and is comfortable handling a variety of indoor and outdoor maintenance projects.
Responsibilities May Include:
General property maintenance and repairs Landscaping, trimming, pruning and property cleanup Weed control and maintaining landscaped areas Pressure washing and exterior cleaning Minor carpentry and repairs Painting and touch-up work Basic plumbing repairs Hanging, mounting and installing fixtures or shelving Minor door, hardware and furniture repairs Identifying maintenance issues before they become larger problems Keeping work areas, tools and maintenance spaces clean and organized Other light handyman and property-improvement projects as neededWe Are Looking For Someone Who:
Has previous professional maintenance, landscaping, construction or handyman experience Is comfortable working independently Can troubleshoot and find practical solutions Is reliable and shows up when scheduled Works carefully and takes pride in the finished result Understands how to use common hand and power tools safely Can prioritize projects without requiring constant supervision Has reliable transportation Is looking for a stable, long-term part-time position This is not an entry-level position. Experience is required. We are especially interested in someone with a broad range of skills rather than expertise in only one trade. You do not need to be a licensed contractor, electrician or plumber, but you should know your limits and recognize when a project requires a licensed professional. Schedule Part-time, ongoing. Hours may vary depending on maintenance needs and current projects.
