Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the optimal operation of our facilities and manufacturing equipment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical expertise, troubleshoot complex systems, and contribute to a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and upgrades across various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, supporting our commitment to operational excellence. Duties Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, facilities, and utilities to prevent downtime and extend asset lifespan. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools to quickly resolve issues. Perform mechanical repairs including welding, pulley replacements, belt adjustments, and component replacements to maintain machinery performance. Operate programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to troubleshoot automation systems and ensure seamless production flow. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams for accurate repairs and installations. Execute residential painting tasks as needed for facility upkeep or improvement projects. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document work orders, track maintenance history, and schedule future tasks. Supervise or assist with facilities maintenance projects while ensuring safety protocols are followed. Support manufacturing operations by maintaining equipment uptime and assisting with process improvements. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with team members and responding promptly to maintenance requests. Lead or assist in supervising maintenance team members to ensure timely completion of tasks while fostering a collaborative environment. Skills Strong electrical experience with the ability to troubleshoot circuits using schematics and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters. Mechanical knowledge including welding skills, belt drives, pulleys, pumps, and general machinery repair. Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation troubleshooting. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals accurately. Facilities maintenance expertise including plumbing, HVAC systems, painting (residential), and general building upkeep. Proficiency in using CMMS software for work order management and documentation. Supervising experience or leadership skills to guide maintenance teams effectively. Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and collaboration across departments. Pay:
