Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in commercial settings. This role requires a strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A solid understanding of tools and equipment, including the use of an ohmmeter, is essential for success in this position. Duties Conduct general maintenance and repairs on various systems and structures, Perform routine inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate. Install fixtures, appliances, and other equipment as needed. Respond promptly to service requests from management. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly. Collaborate with other tradespeople when necessary to complete larger projects efficiently. Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used. Requirements Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment such as an ohmmeter. Strong knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks effectively. Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks as required by the job.
