Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing operations team. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using schematics, electrical blueprints, and engineering troubleshooting techniques. Repair or replace defective components utilizing welding (stick welding), precision measuring instruments, and hand tools. Conduct electrical diagnostics using voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and other testing devices to identify faults in electrical systems ranging from low voltage to high voltage. Operate field service equipment such as scissor lifts and ensure safety protocols are strictly followed during maintenance activities. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret schematics and troubleshoot complex machinery problems. Support technical sales efforts by providing expert advice on equipment repairs and system upgrades. Assist in training team members on proper maintenance procedures and safety standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to electrical systems, high voltage operations, and industrial mechanics. Experience Proven experience working within manufacturing facilities or industrial environments with a focus on equipment maintenance. Demonstrated expertise in industrial electrician work, including electrical troubleshooting, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation. Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial mechanic systems. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as multimeters (voltmeter, ammeter), ohmmeters, and other precision instruments. Skilled in welding techniques including stick welding for equipment repair. Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and maintenance tracking. Knowledge of HVAC/R systems is a plus for maintaining climate control equipment. Strong analysis skills for diagnosing complex mechanical or electrical issues efficiently. Ability to perform field service tasks safely while adhering to industry standards.
