What you´ll do Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues to minimize downtime. Conduct routine equipment inspections and identify potential failures before they impact production. Support equipment installations, changeovers, adjustments, calibrations, and startup activities as needed. Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and equipment history within the CMMS system. Follow all safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and participate in continuous improvement and root cause analysis initiatives. What makes you a good fit Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in a manufacturing environment. Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve equipment issues. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, maintenance manuals, and work instructions. Experience using CMMS software and maintaining detailed maintenance documentation. Effective communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across production, engineering, and maintenance teams. Technical certification, trade school training, or 6-12 months of related maintenance experience; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered. Some benefits of joining

This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
