We are looking for a dependable, motivated Maintenance Technician to join our hotel team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fixing things, solving problems, working independently, and helping keep a property looking and operating at its best. Hotel experience is helpful, but we are also willing to work with the right person who has a strong work ethic and is eager to learn. What You'll Do As part of our maintenance team, you will help keep our guestrooms, public areas, pool, exterior, and back-of-house areas safe, clean, functional, and guest-ready.

Responsibilities may include:

Complete preventive maintenance in guestrooms and public areas Perform basic plumbing repairs Troubleshoot minor electrical issues Repair doors, locks, furniture, fixtures, and equipment Patch and paint walls Complete basic

HVAC/PTAC

troubleshooting and maintenance Assist with pool and spa maintenance Respond to maintenance requests from guests and hotel staff Inspect guestrooms for maintenance concerns Maintain exterior areas and hotel curb appeal Assist with snow removal and seasonal maintenance Keep maintenance areas, tools, and supplies organized Identify problems early before they become larger and more expensive repairs Work with vendors when professional repairs are needed Follow hotel safety standards and IHG preventive maintenance procedures Who We're Looking For We would love to meet someone who is: Dependable and takes pride in their work Comfortable working independently Willing to learn new skills Able to troubleshoot and problem-solve Friendly and professional around guests Organized and able to complete assigned projects Comfortable using basic hand and power tools Able to lift, bend, climb ladders, and perform physical maintenance work Available for occasional emergency maintenance needs Previous hotel, apartment, construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or general maintenance experience is a plus, but attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are just as important to us.
