We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a well-established local company on 3rd shift . In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring production equipment and facility systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. What You'll Do As a Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include: Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform mechanical and electrical repairs Troubleshoot and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, conveyor, and production systems Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on machinery and equipment Repair and maintain facility systems, including plumbing and refrigeration equipment Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and diagrams Inspect, measure, and adjust machinery using precision testing equipment Remove and replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, hoists, and lifting equipment Fabricate or modify parts as needed to support repairs and equipment improvements Maintain a safe work environment while following all company safety procedures What We're Looking For Preferred Qualifications 6 months to 1+ year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, and mechanical drives Ability to read electrical schematics and technical diagrams Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Why Join This Team?
