Applicants must have a positive attitude, work well as part of a team, and be driven to get the job done quickly while getting it done right. Resident satisfaction is job number one. A healthy mix of the following skills is required:

• Basic plumbing repair (valves, sinks, bathtubs, etc.).
• Basic electrical troubleshooting & repair
• Drywall repair
• Door & trim replacement
• Painting (ability to handle a paint gun is a strong plus)
• Flooring skills are a strong plus
• Basic troubleshooting skills (appliances, A/C, furnace, etc.
