THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY
Work as part of a hands-on maintenance team focused on keeping equipment, machines, and facilities running safely and reliably. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and air-powered systems used in daily production. Help maintain building systems and plant infrastructure to support overall operations. Support the setup, installation, and startup of new machines or upgraded equipment. Coordinate with production teams to plan preventative and predictive maintenance that minimizes downtime. Job Requirements
BACKGROUND PROFILE
  • HS or equivalent with an AAS or Technical Certification preferred.
  • 2 or more years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and expectations.
  • Knowledge of welding and woodworking equipment maintenance.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, electronic and pneumatic systems and equipment.
