Job Description
The Facility Maintenance Technician will support preventative maintenance, repairs, and facility upgrades across the property. This position offers a stable work environment, supportive leadership, a positive team culture, and a strong focus on work-life balance. This position is based in the West Nashville (Bellevue) area. The schedule is typically Monday through Friday from 7am-3:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades throughout the facilities.
- Maintain HVAC systems and assist with diagnosing and resolving heating, cooling, and ventilation issues.
- Support maintenance of aquatics areas, including equipment checks, water-related systems, and related facility needs.
- Complete plumbing and irrigation-related repairs to help ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
- Respond to maintenance requests, prioritize work orders, and document completed repairs as needed.
- Identify facility issues proactively and communicate repair needs, safety concerns, and improvement opportunities.
This position offers:
- Salary range: $65,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on credentials, skills, and experience.
