About us ServiceBros Water Co. is a new local water filtration company serving Williamson County — Franklin, Spring Hill, Thompson's Station, Nolensville, and nearby. We sell and install whole-home water softeners and under-sink reverse osmosis systems for homeowners. We handle the marketing, sales, and scheduling. You handle the install. The work Whole-home softener/filtration installs (10x54 tanks), including plumbing tie-in, bypass, drain, and startup Under-sink 5-stage RO installs (tankless unit) Testing, walkthrough with the homeowner, and cleanup Asking for a Google review at the end of the job (bonus per review) How it works Contract / 1099 to start, 1-3 installs per week, growing monthly as our marketing ramps We give 48-72 hours notice on installs and work around your schedule All systems, fittings, and materials provided — you bring tools and a truck Paid within 24-hours of each completed install Clear path to a full-time W2 role with a company vehicle as volume grows Pay by scope Softener, pre-plumbed loop: $550 Softener, no loop/crawlspace tie-in: $700 RO add-on (same visit): $350 5-Star Google review bonus: $50 What we're looking for Active Tennessee State Limited Licensed Plumber (LLP) license and general liability insurance Valid Tennessee driver's license Clean, code-compliant work — no shortcuts (we're big on doing things right, the first time) Respectful, honest, and takes pride in their work Feeling at ease in a homeowner's house and skilled at explaining the work you performed.
