The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and installation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining garage doors and related components, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Install garage doors, openers, and accessories according to specifications and safety standards. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various installation tasks. Conduct heavy lifting and maneuvering of garage door components during installation. . . Execute door hanging, trim carpentry, and frame carpentry tasks to ensure proper fit and finish. Collaborate with team members on construction site projects to ensure timely completion of installations. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Experience Proven experience in garage door installation or related fields such as construction, remodeling, or maintenance person services. Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Experience with metal stud framing is advantageous. Proficiency in caulking and fixture installation is preferred. Electrical experience is beneficial for installing automated systems within garage doors.
