Employee Assistance Program, jury duty leave, bereavement leave, and more Key Responsibilities for the Hotel Maintenance or Hotel Engineer include: Maintenance and Repairs Oversee routine maintenance and emergency repairs for hotel equipment, systems, and infrastructure (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and elevators). Perform or supervise preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment. Facility Operations Ensure all hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, are in excellent condition. Maintain compliance with brand standards for property upkeep and appearance. Safety and Compliance Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including fire safety and building codes.
