In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems across our operations. Your expertise will help keep equipment running optimally, minimize downtime, and support a safe environment for all team members. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced setting while providing exceptional service to internal stakeholders. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools. Conduct appliance repairs and installations across various departments, including kitchen equipment maintenance and HVAC/R systems. Operate company vehicles responsibly for on-site service calls and equipment transport as needed. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards. Respond promptly to emergency repair requests to minimize operational disruptions. Assist in the installation of new equipment and upgrades to existing mechanical systems while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC system repair, refrigeration, or mechanical systems repair. Knowledge of schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC & appliance technology for troubleshooting and repairs. Hands-on experience with kitchen equipment maintenance and appliance installation is highly desirable. Familiarity with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) practices in a commercial environment. Ability to operate company vehicles safely and efficiently. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving skills. Customer service orientation with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Leadership qualities that support team collaboration and safety initiatives. Pay:
