In this energetic role, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, cleaning and balancing chemicals in order to deliver exceptional service and uphold safety standards. Your expertise will help create inviting swimming experiences for our clients while fostering a safe and efficient working environment. This paid position offers opportunities to develop your skills in pool maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and water treatment, all while working outdoors with a supportive team. Duties Perform routine inspections and maintenance of pool plumbing systems, pumps, filters, heaters, and other equipment to ensure optimal operation. Handle water treatment chemicals safely, balancing pool chemistry to meet health and safety standards. Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment using hand tools and power tools, ensuring minimal downtime. Conduct thorough cleaning of pools, including skimming debris, brushing surfaces, vacuuming, equipment maintenance, and maintaining water clarity. Operate company vehicles responsibly for transportation to multiple residential and/or commercial properties. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, chemical treatments, repairs, and inspections. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns professionally during site visits. Experience Prior experience in pool maintenance or aquatic facility operations is highly desirable, but not required. Mechanical knowledge related to pool plumbing systems and equipment troubleshooting is essential, but not required. Outdoor work experience that demonstrates comfort working in varying weather conditions. Service technician experience with equipment repair and preventive maintenance is a plus. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and company vehicles safely and efficiently. Strong customer service skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving are necessary for success in this role. Pay:
