Job Description

Aegean Pool and Spa has an established residential route ready to hand off to an experienced pool service technician — about 40 pools per week over 3-4 days, Columbia, TN up to the south edge of Nashville (Spring Hill, Thompson's Station, Franklin, Brentwood). 1099 independent contractor.
Pay:
$30
  • 40 per pool based on experience — roughly $1,200
  • 1,600 per week at ~40 pools.
Techs who can handle pump, filter, and heater repairs earn at the top of that range and can pick up additional service work.
Read this part first:
Pools don't wait. Customers expect service on the same days every week, and the route runs rain or shine. We're looking for someone who plans ahead, communicates early when something comes up, and finishes the week they committed to. If life tends to get in the way of showing up, this isn't the right fit — and that's okay.
The work:
Skimming, vacuuming, brushing, emptying baskets, water testing, and chemical balancing. Commercial-grade pool vacuum provided. What we're looking for:
  • Prior pool service experience — you can balance water and troubleshoot equipment without hand-holding
  • Dependable, and you communicate early when plans change
  • Professional appearance and a clean, presentable vehicle — you're on customers' property every week and you represent us
  • Vehicle with a trailer hitch to secure the provided pool vacuum, and a valid driver's license
  • Comfortable working independently Also required: Two work references we can actually reach, and consent to a background check and driving record (MVR) check.
Based in or near Columbia/Maury County preferred.
To apply:
Tell us about your pool service experience, confirm your vehicle has a trailer hitch, and include two work references with phone numbers.
Pay:
$1,200.00
  • $1,600.
00 per week
Benefits:
Flexible schedule Paid training Application Question(s): Are you willing to consent to a background check and driving record (MVR) check? Briefly describe any experience you have with pools (including your own) or with mechanical/hands-on work. This route runs the same 3-4 days every week, rain or shine. Describe a time you had to get work done despite something going wrong in your personal life, and what you did. Please list two work references with names and phone numbers we can call. Supervisors preferred. Do you have a reliable professional looking vehicle with a trailer hitch (or the ability to add one)? This is required to secure the provided pool vacuum.
License/Certification:
Driver's License (Required)
Work Location:
In person
