High SchoolResponsibilities Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, systems, and production machines Follow diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions and engineering specifications, troubleshooting malfunctions Prepares mechanical maintenance reports Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation, use precision measuring and testing instruments Design and fabricate supporting structures to include but not limited to frames, tables, workstation aids, etc. Determines changes in dimensional requirements of parts by inpsecting used parts, using rules, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories The essential functions of this role include:working in a smoke free environmentwearing steel toe shoesworking in a non-temperature controlled environmentmanual lifting up to 50lbsstanding for 8 hours at one timeSkillsMaintenanceMechanical MaintenanceWeldingElectricalPlumbingHVACHydraulic, pneumatic systemsPumps and MotorsQualificationsYears of experience: 2 yearsExperience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
